Pat Olsen has been with Richmond Schools since 2000. He served as Assistant Principal for the 2000-2001 school year, then became Principal of Richmond High School in 2001.

Mr. Olsen earned his Bachelor of Science from Central Michigan University, with a major in History, a Minor in German, and additional coursework in Earth Science and Biology (NCA accredited). He then went on to obtain his Masters in Educational Leadership from CMU.

Pat Olsen's previous experience includes teaching at Shepherd Public Schools, teaching Government, Economics, Psychology, Integrated Science 9th, 10th, and 11th grades, U.S. History, and Current Issues. He also coached Boy's Cross Country, Freshmen Boy's Basketball, and Varsity Boy's Track, and was the Model United Nations Advisor and Class Advisor.

Assistant Principal, Deborah Michon, has been in our district going on ten years. 

She earned her Bachelor’s of Business Education from Eastern Michigan University followed by her Master’s of Administration at Wayne State University. 

Before moving to Richmond Schools, Mrs. Michon worked at St. Clement Catholic High School, teaching for ten years and serving as Principal for eight years.  In 2000, Mrs. Michon was awarded the Principal of the Year by the Catholic Association of Secondary Administrators.
